Great Product at a Great PriceSeptember 7, 2010 Ken R I looked through the brands supplied and quickly settled on Omron because of the reviews I read. I then examined the various models available and decided that the specification and price made the M10-IT the one to choose.
I was impressed to find that the cost was actually less than half what I would have to pay in Ireland.
The unit is easy to use and as far as I know accurate in its readings.
The presentation of the average of three readings is interesting if only because I find a fairly wide variation from each of the three readings. It is also worth noting that the memory capacity of 84 readings per user reduces to one third when the averaging feature is used as all three readings are stored, not just the average of the three.
I use a Mac computer and the product is not capable of downloading except to a PC. I have down loaded to a PC and find it quite simple to operate.The software is comprehensive but it needs to have a facility to add a note to selected readings to identify reasons for certain readings. This is the primary reason that I have not given 5 stars.
I will in time get round to exporting the data to a spreadsheet but in the meantime the software supplied is more than adequate.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this unit to anyone.
easy to use and accurateSeptember 7, 2010 Sally I bought this monitor after returning a Braun monitor that didn't give accurate readings. This is easy to use for both myself and my husband. The readings tie up with readings from our doctor. I would recommend this product.

does what it says okSeptember 6, 2010 Miguel(uk) I had bought a previous model of the Omron brand and was so pleased . when I saw this downloaded to PC and had a menu for keeping two people's readings seperate I went for it....the usual Omron reliability.

Excellent purchase and easy to use. It is most accurate and an improvement on the wrist model. However, it is a pity that it can only be used with a pc and not a real computer (Macs)!
