A dear friend of mind bought a wedge shaped version for his back, which like mine has a chronic condition.
You never know, when it will go. Last time was taking a usb connection out of the side of a computer.
So I thought it best to get my own.
As with most things products are developed and move on. I bought this all singing all dancing version.
It is bulky, when compared to the wedge shaped one.This means that, when you feel your back going or gone, trying to lift it put it in place and then plug it in may be a step too far.
For me that is a problem I have got over by putting it permanently on my mesh office chair. I work from home.
So it is not meant to be mobile.
Buy a smaller lighter more portable version if you are on the move.
I love the shiatsu, whatever that means, lower back, not so taken with the rolling.
In fact I think as it whirls away working its magic on my lower back I am becoming addicted to it.
Have not tried the heated elements yet.

Got this for my elderly mother. She uses it twice/thrice a day with the heated massage, and has no complaints. Being rather short, she doesn't get the benefit of the neck massage this machine offers, but other than that there are no complaints to report of.

This is a highly effective back massager and has been very effective in combating my wife's chronic back/ sciatic pain (3 slipped discs) one must however take care not to over do the activity that causes the pain(in her case gardening) after the miraculous relief the massager gives. In other words accept the blessed relief but then rest and avoid the activity for a day or so!

Great product, definitely worth the money. My only disappointment is that the shoulder massage is too high for me so I cant really use it. But the back massage is excellent.

reviewed all the comment about this product. someone said it is not good for peopple who not that tall...well,was worried for im really not tall and too small... after havin a whole week sour bak and neck finnaly decided to buy this one.
was so surprised...felt so relaxing after massage...(i even fall in sleep...) the heat system is just right, if u feel the strength isnt enough for the shoulder just simply lower it...
great product. gonna buy another one for my friend who sufferd from sour neck as well...
