I picked this up because I had an Amazon gift card, and it was on sale for under £3. I'd been looking for another cleanser, since I wasn't thrilled with my current one. I wasn't going to buy this at full price, but at that discount I thought I'd try it.
I've been using it for a bit over a week now, and I have to say that I've seen some imporvement in my skin. I could have done with some more in the way of instructions, but it is a fairly simple process.
I have to agree with using it before (or in) the shower. It leaves my skin very smooth after being rinsed off, but it's not the easiest to rinse off.
Also, like another reviewer said, keep it away from your eyes. I didn't put it directly on my eyes, but it dripped when I used it on my forehead, and it is VERY irritating. I had bright red eyes very quickly.
Overall, a very good product. It would have gotten 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact that it didn't really have instructions, and it isn't rechargable.
One note: While this didn't change my rating of the product, if you buy it from Cheap Beauty Products, don't expect it to be well packed. Nothing was damaged in my order, but I wouldn't be surprised, if that was a bit of luck.

I've been using it every day for about 3 weeks and my skin feels softer. After using the 14 pads I bought the blackhead remover pads. There doesn't seem to be any change in the way my skin looks and I still seem to have the same amount of blackheads. Maybe I'll see move of a difference after I've finished using all 30 pads.
My main problem is the price of the refill pads. They're quite expensive.

I bought this to so that my son would wonder what it was and then use it himself!.... and it worked! A great way of getting teenagers to spend time on their skin. I'd really like the very expensive Clarisonic which retails at around £175 so this was a first step on the ladder. The main issue with the Neutrogena wave power is of course that you need to keep buying replacement pads so unfortunately you don't just buy the unit and use your own choice of cleanser. But it is an inexpensive introduction to more thorough cleansing. Your skin is definitely smoother and more thoroughly cleansed. My plan is to leave my son enjoying this cleansing unit and save up and treat myself to the Clarisonic which dedicates itself to thorough cleansing but you can use your own choice of cleanser. My son's view is: very good and skin feels nice and has got rid of spots....

My teenage daughter wanted to try this item. She says it cleanses her face well and leaves her skin feeling refreshed. Would recommend it.

I definetely noticed a difference the first time i used it, and i certainly think the difference is still showing! Also got rid of a few spots i had (which encouraged me to try the product in an act of desparation). It's easy to use and has two different vibrating sessions for a massage/more vigorous cleanse. There are also different types of pads that you can buy that suit your needs specifically (blackhead cleansing, etc) so it's suitable for everyone.
Really love it!
