Conditioner balm does a great job. I actually have been using this product since Christmas 2009. I wasn't 100% happy as I continually had rasor burns on my neck. I logged on to check some reviews and I discovered a great solution. Give your growth a good wash in warm water, add some shaving oil to the growth, then shave with the razor. You use a lot less conditioner as the shaving oil lets the shaver roll over your skin. Also I was not shaving in small circular motions, I was running it up and down, sideays eyc. This was what actually created the shaving burns. I was in Greece in Aug 2010. I had no conditioner and was only able to use the oil. It was just as good. On my return I used the conditioner as well and got my cleanest shave ever.
Tremendous product. I have had 3 different shavers over the years. This is the most effective and the best so far.

the nivia refills were a real bargain , cheaper than the shops and even comes with a free razor cartridge that i was not expecting

Disappointed. I thought this will be better than the old cream in the blue containers. It is less lubricant and more water based so the shaving machine doesnt run as smoothly on your skin as it used to run compared with the old cream. The positive side is that the replacement cartridge is much more robust and looks better than the old one.

A quick an easy way of obtaining shaving balm for the Philips men's electric razor. A good product but difficult to purchase in this part of Scotland without going into a large city. The balm ensures a smooth shave every time. Good purchase price but the postage was just a little high. Never the less I would buy from this source again.
