Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail 'First Class Recorded Signed For™' service for delivery to all locations in the UK. Using this service we have proof of sending the package and a signature is required upon delivery. Most First Class Recorded items do arrive by the next working day although we do not guarantee next working day delivery.

All packages are despatched in plain boxes, without our company name or logo and with no indication of the contents.

Delivery Charges

To simplify our delivery costs we use the following pricing structure.

Missed delivery

If you are out when your parcel is being delivered, Royal Mail will leave a ‘We’re holding an item of mail for you’ card at the delivery address. This card gives you the address and opening hours of your local delivery office, so you can either call in and pick up your package, or you can telephone and ask for your package to be redelivered when you’ll be in.

If you can’t pick up your package, someone else can do it for you - all they need to do is take proof of your identity and address. Otherwise you can phone or send the card back to the delivery office, letting them know when they can re-deliver your package. You can also use the card to let them know if you’d like your package delivered to a different address, or to a local Post Office™ (please note that there’s a 50p charge for re-direction to a local Post Office). If still undelivered after one week they will return the package back to Alpha7 Hair Care.
